We are currently looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team. the role of the Recruitment Resourcer is to assist the consultants in finding the right applicants for the jobs. you will need to be a good team player and someone who is able to work in a high pressure environment whilst having a good eye for detail.
Key tasks of the role:
- Advertise job vacancy’s
- Source the right candidates
- Book, Arrange and hold interviews
- Check eligibility of candidates
- Create advertising Campaigns
- Attend job fairs
- Immigration checks
- Reference checks
- CRB checks
You will also be responsible for the general office admin duties such as, answering telephones, putting information on the computer database, sending letters/emails out to candidates and keeping the records up to date.
You will need to have the following:

- Good attention to detail/accuracy
- Good communicator
- Good time keeping/prioritizing
- Bubbly and friendly character
- People skills
This position is working for a young start up recruitment company therefore at times the role will require you to be multi tasker and have a hands on approach whilst being a good team player.
