Reddo Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a part time Project Support Worker to join our clients team, based in Welwyn garden city, you will be working with adults who have a range of learning disabilities based in a residential home setting, supporting them to achieve their personal goals and to develop their independence. The role is part time and you will be offered a 20 hour pw contract.
Our client would like you to have an understanding in the health and social care sector, in addition to the following:
- Excellent communication.
- A minimum of NVQ 2 in health and social care or working towards this level.
- Experience with learning disabilities or behaviours that may challenge.
- Flexibility.
This post may require some lone working; shift patterns will vary and you will be required to undertake sleep in duties and weekend shifts as and when required. This is a 20 hour contract but you may be offered occasional extra hours if required to meet the needs of the organisation.
Salary: £8.00/Hour
